About Kim
Lead Seamstress
Kim began sewing in the early 2000's until she began working in a garment factory near her home in Vietnam in 2004. She worked in that garment factory for 5 years before moving to the United States in 2010. She has been doing professional alterations and sewing services in Columbia MO since, providing countless clients with perfectly tailored clothing.
Kim previously worked under Nadine, who was determined to bring Kim onto her team when forming DXN. Kim has a work ethic and consistency greater than most, paired with a gracious heart and contagious smile!
Kim is responsible for a large portion of the sewing done in the studio and demonstrates a phenomenal ability to execute couture alterations. She adores the comradery of sewing with a team and finds immense joy in her position at DXN, being able to serve so many clients.
In addition to sewing, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking traditional Vietnamese cuisines, and caring for her fruit and vegetable garden.
