Founded in January 2022 by Nadine Kaufman, Designs X Nadine was born out of a passion for fashion and a dream to create a personalized, high-quality alterations experience for clients. After gaining extensive experience in various roles within the fashion industry, Nadine made the bold decision to leave her position as a District Manager of Alterations in October 2021 and launch her own atelier and fashion brand. What started as a small venture quickly became a leading name for bridal and formal-wear alterations, as well as custom fashion design, in the mid-Missouri region. With growing demand and an ever-expanding clientele, Nadine assembled a team of skilled professionals to create a dedicated “I Do Crew” and moved into a larger, state-of-the-art studio space to meet the needs of her clients.

Today, Designs X Nadine employs a talented team of women, each bringing a unique set of skills and backgrounds to the table, offering unmatched expertise in bridal alterations and a warm, welcoming environment. Our passion for detail and commitment to excellence ensures an exceptional experience for every client, from the first fitting to the final dress. In addition to bridal and formal-wear alterations, we also offer custom fashion design, wedding day styling services, bustling assistance, menswear tailoring, and more. We’ve recently expanded to include a curated bridal boutique, offering a selection of rehearsal dresses, shoes, veils, accessories, gifts, and other essentials, all designed to make your special day even more memorable.
